I bought a double trigger for my 98custom recently, and i'm thinking about getting a response trigger. I know very little about it, but what i've been told, that with my double trigger i will chop alot of balls and it's just not a good idea. I would like to get one, but it would be nice to know alittle more about it. What are your thoughts? Thanks, Tmab

i just read up on the R-T and i would not wory about your double trig breakin balls.........but u whould still be cautious about it because from what ive read the 98c will chop the balls because gravity cant feed them fast enough.....thats why theres a cyclone on the A-5

Please corect me if im wrong

A double trigger doesn't have anything to do if you are chopping balls or not, the hopper does. With a r/t, you are going to need a good electric hopper like a 12v revolution or the eVLution2.

A 12v revvy will work just fine with your r/t.

Ya you shouldn't have no problem with the double trigger breaking the paintballs your just going to need a fast hopper is all so it could keep up with the response. I have a response trigger on my a-5 with a double trigger and I love it. I also installed my double trigger myself and it's no different than a single, all it is, is another finger loop thing.

Yes, it is a good upgrade but if you are going to be playing in tourneys, get the e-grip because r/ts aren't tourney legal. A good hopper for the r/t is the 12v revolution or the evolution2. If you have the e-grip, you might want to look into getting a halo b.
