the black wire cord thing on the side of ur 98c has to places to screw it in or out ...the on one the left is wut u need to turn im not sure which way but wut ever way makes the screw come out makes it faster and the more it is in the slower it is

a little jewlers screwdrive should come with it, use that to screw the wee tiny screw in (right) all the way and back it out, shooting at a point where your hopper can keep up

on my a-5 with the response trigger it's turning out to increase speed and in to decrease.
