edit: Also, I looked at the HKdefense website, which you could have probably done... The pictures make it fairly obvious. This model has an integrated suppressor thing, which means it does not require subsonic ammo. Edited by Frozen Balls |

"SD" is literally translated as "Sound Dampened"
It basically signifies the versions of the MP5 that have integrated suppressors ("silencer"), rather than an add-on suppressor which can be installed on a standard MP5 with threaded barrel. |
