Hi, i just bought a flatline yesterday and installed it last night. Quite Easy, until i loosened the front-top bolt too much and the thing that pushes the front sight back up fell out and i had to take apart the marker again. Just a few inquiries.

1. The Button that you push to knock down the front sight is too sticky. It will only pop back up when I put the hopper arm in and I dont store the gun with it on(Bad for the feeding plastic part on the hopper). Is there a way to loosen it so it is not as sticky?

2. The rear sight will not adjust properly. If i pull it out to an extention length, it will fall back in the shroud to normal length. I have tightened the rear bolt on the shroud as tight as I feel comfterble and it still hangs loose. Shall I crack out the phillips and tighten the other ones?

3. How much barrel should be poking out of the end of the shroud?

That is all. Help would be appreciated

For the number 1, I had that problem when I got mine, after a while it will fix it self, you have to use it for awhile,

Number 2, just make sure you tighten the rear bolt as much as you can, thats all that will keep it to stay in place,

Number 3, you must push the barrel as far as it goes into the adapter, I just use my hand and hammer it in, then it stops. Make sure the you line the barrel up correctly too

#1= For mine I loosened the gun body bolt that is right under it about a half crank and it works fine now
#3= from the tip of my barrel to the plastic shroud is 3 3/4 inches

Thanks, im good now, just that the rear bolt is tightened as much as it will go. It will stay all the way up or down, but none of the other positions.

Just a tip for you: You may want to drill out the hole in the back of the shroud (just a tiny bit! stick drill bits in until you get one that ALMOST fits through) if it's sticky or hard to put the bolt through. I did that and it's a lot easier to put the Flatline on.

The sight I had trouble with too, finally tightening it as I always had fixed it. Maybe it was the drilling that let it tighten a bit more than usual, I don't know.
Is God real? You'll find out when you die.

Okay, I don't have a clever signature zinger. So sue me.
