I've never been in an official speedball tournament, but I played with a 98c in my first 24hr senerio game. I play with the 98c in speedball games too.

Was when I first started playing paintball when I moved back to Colorado about.. 2 years. I had a few friends I knew from a few year before that happend to play off and on. Threw together me and 2 others and entered in a local series that actually has a pretty large turn out. We played, had fun, had my slow shooting excal cuz it had a whack board in it. We made it thru prelims dropping 1 game i think. Went on to semis/finals and I used a good friends truama trix and we ended up taking 3rd. It was fun. |

3 man tourney, rookie division, all three of us had mech cockers, i had
a red one, my buddy had a red one with tickler lpr, and my other buddy
had a green one. We got pwned..butttttt we got the sportsmanship award
several tournies and 1400$+++ each, later, us same three have tcp extremes, E2, full nexus, halos yada yada. |

Never really played a true tournament... unless one counts the SL-68 speedball tourney at TWC3.
My first game... was with a rental VM-68. I remember being slightly upset because I was last in line for guns, and most other people got Prolites, which I thought looked cooler. The VM-68 worked well though. Heavy bugger. |

Local CPL tournament I played with a VSC Phantom. For all the younger people... that would be one of those funny looking guns with a 10 round tube and a 12 gram
 I got the most outs on my team, other people had a 98 custom egrip, and a spyder e-99.
