i was gonna make me one and ask for help on the ideas of building one , but not now. just to be sure i went to the atf website ( atf.gov ) and if you click on the firearms tab and then to the faq tab there is a question someone submited on silencers for paintguns and airguns, they are illegal. but can be owned i think if you pay the $200 tax to own a real one.
