Ok, so after recieving my repaired etrigger (it arrived already broken in the packaging) I installed it and figured everything was ok. So far i have only tried it unpressurized, but its been doing something i cant explain. If its uncocked and i walk the trigger, I first get the solid clicking noise from the salenoid as it tries to trip the sear. If i keep walking the trigger however, the salenoid gets slower and slower, and eventually the clicks are so slow and weak they cant trip the sear if i cock it. My only ideas are that maybe a wire is pinched, or there is some sort of problem with the board itself? Ill have to try it pressurized when i get my tank filled (i dont have much reason to keep a full tank in january). If anyone has had this happen to them, info would be great. thanks -ws |

Brand new, and this slower rate of fire only keeps up for about a bit. If I put the gun down and dont do anything with it for a few minutes, it will seem perfect when i pick it up again to fire. After another few dozen shots though, it will become sluggish again. |

What brand of battery? What kind of battery system, alkaline, lithium...? Some inexpensive 9 volt batteries do not have the capacity for walking the trigger. Stick with Duracell Alkaline. |

The Energizer Alkaline, if new, should be up to the job. But low electricity to the electronics is the symptom you are describing. |

9 volt batteries aren't always exactly 9 volts. Check the battery and
make sure it's exactly 9, alot of times they'll say 9 and actually be
8.9 or something like that. That would mean the battery can't give
energy off fast enough when you start draining it by pulling the
trigger, and would account for your problems.

Just to alert everyone, "Gun maintenace and repair" is misspelled.

As much as I am irked by the grammar and spelling here, I never noticed that "maintenance" was misspelled. |

Just thought id say that I picked up a Duracell 9v the other day, and my etrigger is now working like a charm. I never thought there would be that much of a difference in batteries.

On my egrip battery connecter, the only battery that will work is the Energizer kind, which are a hassle to find near me. The reason they only work is because of different ring patterns on the connectors and on other batteries.
