What's your price range? For a low cost barrel, I'd suggest the Lapco
Bigshot. It's only $50, and you get pretty good performance as said above. If price is no object, then consider getting a St!ffi, or even better a kit. |

Nothing will give you more range/distance except for the flatline or apex. And those will both have inferior accuracy to other barrels. So you have to pick between the two. Do you want good accuracy, or good range? All guns at the same velocity will shoot the same distance unless they have a flatline, apex, or other spin device on them such as the Galactic Zbody for mags. However, these all produce less than satisfactory accuracy. There are plenty of good barrels on the market. There is no best barrel. You really have to narrow the options down with a preferable price range and/or how you play. Do you play rec, tournies, woodsball, big scenario games, etc. |

JJ and BigShots are both good and perform similarly. The JJ, however, can be found $20-$30 less than the BigShot.

JJ and BigShots perform similarly. JJ will save you 20-30 bucks. It also has a nifty self-cleaning feature if you ever have a break.

The Bighshot is more accurate than the J&J, but it is louder and does not self-clean. The J&J is quieter and its self-cleaning but less accurate.

heres one i havent seen mentioned in a while..... an empire twister barrel is what i use.... another i use is a hammer head which is riffled and then counter bored.. but its $150... and you need an adapter for it. but if you want distance and accuracy i would also suggest the flatline barrel. GL finding a barrel for your needs.
