I just purchased a Rocket Cock II for my 98C. I know that with the RC2 once you cock it once there are no visible moving parts while you fire. My question is, if I ever get a ball stuck in the breach (which rarely happen) will I be able to pull the RC2 back to remove this ball like I'm able to do with the stock charging handle?
