I usually just wait until im in the shower and everythings all loose, then I blow it as hard as I can and everything comes out. Its great. Works better than picking IMO.

I also pick my nose when the need arises....like if I feel a really hard, sharp boogey poking my nose, I pick it out.

I think the more appropriate question would be "does anyone not pick their nose?". I've always wondered why that was such a big deal when I was little. Who cares? As long as you don't sit around and do it in public all the time or wipe it on stuff....those holes are the same size as your fingers for a reason....
