where are good places or good sites to get a totally pimped out paintjob for a pretty good price?

fbmfactory.com with do all sorts of custom anodizing plus milling and laser engraving. you can also buy custom made bodies for your gun depending on what type you have (they have ion, autococker, Impulse, and spyder)

Since a tippmann is cast aluminum it cant be annodized. The only thing you can do is have it powdercoated. You may want to do a google search on powder coating.

You can annodize aluminum....you cannot annodize CAST ALUMINUM.

Actually you can, but the odds of it turning out right are about 1 or 2 in 10. You are going to have to use something on top of the surface.

IMHO, go for it. Learn as you go and do it yourself. Whats the worst that could happen, you have to buy new receiver halves? Probably cheaper than sending it out to have it done...
