So, I was at her house watching movies last night (Walk the line, The full monty, and half of the whole nine yards), and her mom offered to give me a ride home, cool. I was originally going to leave around 10:30, we left @ 11:30. Now, she lives 20 minutes away from me, and her mother is giving me a ride home, at midnight, my parent's were baffled by this, but pleased.

And, she gave me a boatload of chocolate for easter, "Well, I spoil my kids with chocolate, and you're almost part of the family now."

I have no idea, I just wanted to share with some people who have no interest whatsoever.

Not really, but It just seemed late for her mother to drive me all the way home.

Haha, well it's infinately better than having a GF whos parents hate you.
I have this friend in college with a single mom and I think she gets so lonely she is always trying to talk with me when I go over to his house and stuff. It's almost annoying, but I feel bad for her

"Hey, how old are you, baby?"
"16."
"18? You're first."
"MOOOOOOM!"
"I like where this is going..."

Tap that.

Yup, he actually said that.

Thats where I thought this was going in the first place. I thought he was going to talk about his gf's mom eying him up at dinner, or like, leaning in on him while they watched a movie or something....not a ride home at the ungodly hour of 11:30.

It's not really that surprising that if you're a good boyfriend, and you make their daughter happy, that they will treat you nicely. My ex girlfriends parents still like me. Even when I wasnt talking to my ex for about a year after we broke up, her mom would still talk to me and stuff when I saw her downtown, gave me a ride to wherever I was headed a few times, etc.

I'm pretty much 100% sure thats not the case. Most moms wouldnt undercut someone like that, if they didnt like the boy, they'd cold shoulder them, or just pretend they liked them, but be around them as little as possible, and probably talk to the GF alot, who would talk to the boyfriend, etc.

I'm sure she just likes him, which is good...unless you cheat on your gf and that's how it ends, then the mom will hate you.
