C3 Barrel ? If you own one.

I am looking for someone who owns a c3. What I am wondering is this: Is the c3 barrel roughly machined like the 98 barrel or does it have a smooth finish like uhh... well 68 specials have a nice barrel, or spider/clones.

It's made of carbon fiber i'm pretty sure...

I though they were a heat resistant polimer/composite deal. Maybe it was just anti-super chromium.

It is a very nice barrel for stock. It shoots great.
