Very nice bike, I'm saving up for a GSX-R right now myself, I just haven't decided on exactly which one yet.

You need to get a new barrel. What kind of ball do you play? By the way how does the stock barrel perform on the custom pros, I haven't heard much about them?

well the stock for the custom pro's is different then the stock for the model 98's so I mean it's ok for a stock barrel. but I can deffinitly do better.

Hayabusas suck, They are only good for straight line speed and killing noob riders.
Harleys suck since they sound like crap and rattle them selfs appart.

Kawasaki,Honda,Suzuki,Yamaha I4's 600-1000cc FTW!

Vic, How long have you been riding?

hayabusa, i will give them line speed, but what about MV agusta. my dad's friend got one. it is very nice. google it, you wont be disappointed. i still like harleys though. they only sound like crap when the loser biker riding it puts aftermarket pipes on it. plus the new harleys are well built. i personally want a road king.

its all in the rider.

Yea, I was leaning towards the 600, I just like the look of the GSX's more than basically any other street bike.  Only thing is, I have lots of experience on dirtbikes and such, how hard is it to learn how to ride a streetbike?

Well you will have to get used to the totchy throttles, Get a older 600 that is carberated if you going to get a sportbike for a first road bike. Or get something like a suzuki Sv650 for a first road bike.
