Hey guy's I got dont getting some pics into imageshack and my gun is now complete.......check it out!    ps. i was going to do some designs on my gun but it didn't work out so.....

1. set up a working area out in my garage

2. I applyed paint stripper to the 2 gun recievers. when i was done with that i put it in a sink to fine clean the thing and the stipper reacted with the water and it started bubbling- it was sweat

3. i scraped it off useing a razar blade/steal whole-but not idk what it was. the paint came off like dirt on a floor.

4. applied primer, sanded alittle between coats

I guess i lost the pic

5. painted black - here is the place ware i messed up- i was going to lay down some flames that goes from the front to the back but it came out crappy so i just used silver to black.

5. i assembled the gun - im happy but the place ware i tryed to put the graphics needs to be sanded alittle after it sets

What do you guys think?

o yeah when i was paint stripping it my tippmann a5 metal piece came off and now i need a new one-----ware can i get one?

A few more coats wouldnt hurt at all. The APE will be a nice touch along with the vortex. Plan on any other ups?

Personally I wouldn't have stripped off the hard-core black finish Tippmann applies just to paint it black again but it's your gun.

Makes for a good project though.

When you field strip and put it all back after you're done, do you have to re-do the teflon tape on the hoses again? Or do you just put it all back and it's ready? Because I want to paint my gun.

You took off black paint to paint it black again... lol.

Looks nice, painting is always REALLY fun, but extremely time-consuming.

Question, what paint thinner did you use? I used M.E.K., and it was incredibly hard to get all the paint off.
