Looks like a Brass Eagle knock off. I am extremely disappointed in Tippmann.

It's a picture of a magazine...There's the possibility that it's not up yet. I don't look at the low-end manufacturer's catalogs though, so I guess you could be right. As far as I can tell from what is written, it's a CO2 based platform, which looks to be still based on the sear design of the 98/A-5/etc. And it seems to be trying to undercut Kingman(I assume) with the price where it is. Granted, I no longer WORK for Tippmann LLC., and I was not in the Marker Development division, I worked soley with experimental barrels. Cedric does though, if you pm him, he should be able to give you some insight. Edited by usafpilot07 - 11 August 2006 at 8:15pm |

I really can't say much, except that we will be giving away 100 of them to various forumers.

Hey , with the same internals as the 98/A5's it should be a pretty rugged design and the colors will attract a market that hasnt been attracted to,,,,," Black" (granted, a low end market , but look what Kingman's done with low end markers , and how many ways have they packaged a doublestacked blowback?!?) Just my .02c If I had a hundred bucks to go get a marker with , I'd hit it !! |
