Here is my Ion.
It has a NDZ roller blade trigger, CCM no rise feedneck, virtue qev, Firebolt, and a SP on/off with a SP drop. The local store has an Evil Pipe system coming in th mail. Also, that is a Halo B w/ rip and an Evil Scion 68/5K. The tank has a blue Empire 06 tank cover. Just my camera doesn't want to work after I got the cover. cool...i picked up my ion for $150 completely stock...other then that, im not to fond of drops on ions but non the less the gun looks good...

The ASA isn't my favorite. I would have rather had a cp but it is what it came with. Maybe later I will get a cp asa. The thing I like about the drop is that it isn't too big and makes it seem like there is no reg on the tank, as in length wise. The asa also joins up exactly at the same height with the 90* fitting for the macro. That was a big plus for me. I also kind of want a drop that angles the tank upwards. I like the feel of that when I was handling a g7 with it.

Well, I am definately going to buy a CP reg. I was thinking about a 90*frame and new body. I think I am not going to do the 90* and body and instead invest in some more paintball apparel or something else besides gun upgrades. I want to get Dye stickies also. Other than that, I think it is perfect. I don't need the 90*. I don't care for looks. I might buy a body if i decide I would rather have a bolt out back design. I don't need a new board. The stock one is fast enough for me. |

ehh its ok...lose the drop, get a new reg and barrel. couldnt hurt to go with some pimp grips either. as far as frame and body go, its really a waste of money.

Pipe Kit has been on backorder for a few days already. Still thinking of which color for the CP to get because I am getting the blue ultra tip on the pipe. Since I probably won't be getting a frame and body, I might as well go black. I don't want the Evil grips. I have heard good and bad. It would go with my jersey and all, because I have the blue Evil 06 gear, but I could get blue dye stickies instead. I have Dye gloves so it would match my gloves. |

So far, the ion looks good. the only thing i would change is i would change the asa/drop... but we've already covered that. |
