SOU and tomorrow

I dread school tomorrow. I did not watch the SOU, same people, differant nametags, differant ideas, differant day, same polarized ideals.

Summation of speech if it follows the established pattern of late: "This is how we see it, (right side stands and applauds, left side sits in silence), here is MR/MRS affected by whatever (both sides stand and applaud)here is where we are going (right side stands and applauds,left side sits in silence) and thats the way it is Tuesday 23 Jan 2007, God Bless America (how many offended by God reference unknown)

Then the Democratic response, of all the wrongs, (but few suggestions on how we as the opposition will fix it)
and we go back to the games in the morning.

Pretty tiring year after year, President after President, nothing really changes.

Now tomorrow I have two classes with pretty well self admited views from the left professors, so going to hear thier "opinion" and watch the mind numbed class sit and nod (fearing any disagreement or debate may affect GPA).

I played the Neo-Con advisarial in Mondays "Gay Marriage" debate in Diversity in Society, and please explain why neither side properly researched thier points (still had my notes from last quarters pre-med drop due to the knee injury, 2nd time in the class).
And friday I get to again play the Neo-Con (but well expierienced in Combat) advisarial to "Should Women be drafted into Combat roles in the Military"

Had a nice discussion with a Poly-Sci prof this afternoon, my point was Why fight the next 2 years of Bush,(and keep rehashing the 2000 election) agenda pretty well set, playing Don Quixote' accomplishes nothing, work on making sure the next 4-8 are done better, than to continue to beat the dead horse.

I can not wait to get out of school and back into the sanity (or insanity)of working America

So the pattern was broken, maybe a good thing...we shall see
