But my idea is this: Home made Osiris kit! I've figured out a way to make your E 'cocker into an Osiris, by simply attatching in internal ram to the hammer instead of the spring. Try to find one at Clippard that fits. For those who don't know what an Osiris is, it's one of the fastest cycling 'cockers out there, due to its use of dual LPRs. One for the pneumatic hammer that it uses, one for the bolt. The one that operates the bolt could be lowered to incredibly low PSI, so it would NEVER chop, and the dual rammed hammer could cycle faster than the stock setup.

PGI Osiris (Yeah, that is a rocking trigger on a 'cocker. PGI made one for their Osiris.)

My idea uses an E Blade. What you do is replace the sear 'noid (the clicker 'noid) with another 3 way 'noid. I found a small one (don't know if it works yet) that will fit inside the frame. Attatch a ram to your hammer, and figure out a way to mount it. I was gonna drill and tap the IVG to accept the threaded end of the ram and secure it in place. Connect the new 'noid to a second LPR on the front block (usually there's a place for you to mount it on the bottom of the front block using a 90* fitting) and wire it to the sear 'noid's old harness. Then connect the 'noid to the ram. Now all you should need to do is time each LPR, and you're good to go!

The only real mods needed is the IVG, and maybe some internal channeling to run the microline. I'm working on mine right now, and will report with pics and updates when I'm done.

I also figured out the E98 one. Now I just need to mod the ram to a 2-way and find a 'noid.

I'll be buying a few rams off of Clippard now, it looks like.

You have too many project guns . I like your idea of thinking though and creativity. Sounds like you have the makings of an engineer, my future pursuit after highschool. Good luck though!

It's in the process. With 3 other guns! ;)

I'm also planning a ground-up, made from scratch, completely pneumatic marker. More word on that when I have the kinks worked out and find someone willing to help me with the milling.

Sounds like this will be a pretty messy modification, but definitely interesting. I'd really like to see what you come up with.

DC2s are beautiful, but I'd take a half/mid-block 'cocker over one any day. Truly the most beautiful 'cockers though. They still run about $1100, or at least that's what I saw a guy asking for over on PbN for his.

What? Osirises? Nah. They're still high though. Their average going price is around 6 hundred.

As for the project, its cleanliness is the beauty! I won't need to mill a thing! Just drill and tap the IVG to turn it into a ram mount.

And this is thread # 1337 in Ideas. Go me!

I was talking about DC2s...I don't think Osirises ever cost $1200.

...which will require you to run hoses from the LPR there, all the way down the marker, as well forcing you to put a ram in the lower tube. Or am I missing something here?

Oh, DC2's. Yeah, saw one on ebay. $1200. I wanted that...

as for the Osiris: Nope. You're spot on! The tapping of the IVG will make a mount for the internal ram, and the E-Blade has channels in it where the wires run. I may need to enlarge the channel, but I plan on routing the microline through there.

Sounds good. I'm assuming your marker will be 1/2ed? Or full? I think they made both versions for the Osiris, but could be wrong.

They do make 1/2 blocked versions, but I'm not touching my 'cockers body. That's what inspired me to Osiris it, was the unwillingness to drill for eyes. I have a limited edition Warped Sports Dark Cocker, manufactured by Free Flow. The less I mod it the better.
