What is a really good bolt for the autococker?

I think the general consensus for triggers is the e-blade, but I'd be open for suggestion on that too!

If you want to go for light and quick, yeah, an E-2 frame with eyes is what you want. If you want to stay mech, the hinge frames tend to be fairly equal these days, Shocktech is ugly as sin but really smooth and snappy. The Benchmark frames are really nice as well. For sliders, DYE, Benchmark, Kapp.

As for bolts, most of the Delrin bolts out there for 'cockers are the same. If you're looking for speed, full-delrin is the only way to go. For machined aluminum I always liked Kapp's venturi bolts due to the fact that they're annoed nicely, have a better pull pin/retainer system, and have a notch set in them for the ball detent to keep them from getting all banged up.

P.S. CCM makes great parts all around as well.

Well, what is the main difference between delrin and aluminum? Is it just speed and durability? Or is there really no noticeble difference?

I would personally go with a bolt made from delrin, IMO it cycles a little better, and doesnt need oiling as much an aluminum bolt would need.

and Tom, please search before posting, and if you cant find the answer in your search post a NEW THREAD please dont clog up someone elses thread with unrelated topics.

And the answer to your question is yes, a5 and x7 barrel threads are the same.

Actually, delrin is self lubricating so it doesn't need ANY oil. Which keeps the barrel and breech a lot cleaner in the long run (which can help with accuracy). Delrin is also a lot lighter which means there's less weight to throw back in the back-stroke of the cycle which makes it faster, potentially giving you more bps.

yea, i know delrin is pretty well self-lubing, but the superfly bolt im got for my 98 is going to get some oil on it, since the oil i drop in the asa will most likely work its way into it.

Delrin actually holds up better.

Aluminum = less money
Delrin = more money.

The Eclipse DART and Jackal High-Speed delrin bolt are both awesome bolts for the cocker.

Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

I think someone did/does. Just saw one on e-bay from Barb's paintball but I'm not sure of the manufacturer.
