This doesn't use 12 grams, but I think it's what you mean.

Of course, this is pretty cool too.

Ahem... anyway...

1. Grenade. Grenade. Grenade.

2. Given that you have no training on a mortar, you would have zero accuracy and would have to fire off hundreds before you'd hit anything.

3. Those "grenades" have a very small blast radius, further hampering your ability to do any good in a game.

4. Can you afford to fire off that many 6 dollar grenades that probably wont get any eliminations?

5. Just shoot the opponent.

6. You would get shot very easily if you just sat at the back and manned your super effective mortaring machine.

7. If you're thinking of using actual big paintballs as your munition, forget it.

8. Just shoot the bad guys. Cheaper and easier.

-Edited for clarification.-

The army uses paint morters that run off of CO2? No wonder the insurgents aren't backing down.

I'm glad you enjoyed the McSarcasm. Since I can't seem to help myself when the opportunity is presented, there will probably be more to follow.

Those grenade launchers are awesome (the ones Mack posted). Too bad it's $650.
