I just thought of something. The C3 would work great in extremly cold situations, right?

Maybe...why? Just because it has a small ignition and is related to heat doesn't mean that it will do better in the cold... |

I was just wondering how propane works under very cold conditions.

It shoud perform like normal. CO2 hates cold, but HPA doesn't care, and dont think propane cares either.

Seeing as how it is a combustion marker, temp doesn't matter so long as the spark is hot enough to cause ignition
