I was going to post about my new car...

...but I wanted to give it a few weeks so I can review it.

That will still have to wait, because there's a problem on my hands.

My sister took the car out last night and it came back this morning reeking of pot, with leaves all over the passenger side couch and floor.

I don't have too much of a problem with pot, but the fact that someone refused to listen to my sister and ruined the atmosphere of my car by doing pot has gotten me really pissed off. So I need advice for two things.

1) That smell needs to be gone. Not a trace, of anything left in that car. And it cannot be done with any cover-up smell. I want no artificial scents in the car and would prefer it smell like when we bought it 10 days ago.

2) I want to bring this kid down for pissing me off, direspecting my sister and my property, and making it possible for me to arrested had I got pulled over for any reason this morning. I need ways of collecting all those leaves as evidence, tracking the kid down, and getting the police involved. At the very least, his parents must know, and I need to personally give him a verbal ass-whoopin'.

A review of the car will happen as soon as I deal with the kid.

He doesn't have much of a life to be ruined anyway. And yes, I seek to make him miserable for potentially ruining a car that I plan to keep for the next 8-12 years.

Making me smell something rancid every time I step into my car is ruining it and its resale value. It's nearly impossible to rid these smells from a car, so I could be dealing with this for a long time. He deserves all the trouble I can get him into for that.

I am angry at my sister. But when she gets angry about her friends doing that kind of crap around her, she flips out. It happened close to that kid's friend's house, so she dropped him off there.

I don't think you understand the problem it would have been for me to be caught with all that evidence had I been pulled over this morning. I don't think you understand how repulsed I am by pot, and the fact that the smell has the potential to bother me and get me angry every time I drive the car in the next ten years. Having a cover-up smell will still remind me about today. I don't like being angry, because it interferes with my life and my success.

Things from way back in the past still interfere with my normal functioning these days. I will be constantly reminded of this day until that car is out of my hands. The problems it has the potential to cause in my life can be nearly as bad as having a record for doing drugs.

Make him pay for cleaning it up, etc.

New interior and carpet I think is what he should get you!

Go into his car - Or room, and take a dump.



See how he likes it.

Put some bowls of ammonia in the car, it may soak up the scent.

Ok so you guys seem to think it's a bad thing that this kid gets introuble but what happens when he gets pulled over and is the one getting in trouble now his life is ruined because some kid couldn't handle the erge to smoke pot in tolgaks new car.

So lets make a list: smoked in car that is not his
                             risked tolgaks future for his fun
                             has been making tolgak miserable for a few years
                             risked his sisters life for his pleasure
                             sounds like he doesn't have a life anyways
                             ruined the value of a brand new car

So sounds like a good enough list of reasons to get him locked up or fined or what ever they do in your state. But either way tell your parent then get a vacumm clean out your car of all the leaves the get a blower fan open all the doors and run the fan so it blows the smell out. As for the cars original smell you may be able to get it detailed and possible get some of that smell back but I really do doubt it.
