New to the forum. I have an A-5 with the WAS E-Grip installed. I am using CO2. The trouble I am having is it seems like the E-grip pin is moving too fast for the gun. On full-auto it will fire 2-3 shots and then you can hear the Pin moving quickly but not making the gun to fire. Are there settings I should adjust.

Thanks!

To clarify, when I squeeze the trigger very lightly or 1/4 of the way it seem so work better, but if I just squeeze it full it stops firing and you just here the pin in the E-grip moving

What do you have the Rate Of Fire set at?  Sometimes when you fire the A-5 very fast (full auto or response) the marker doesn't recock all the way which stops it from firing.  You'll have to manually recock it to resume operation.

I have the ROF at the default settings. You recommend slowing it down?

Thanks

Do you have to re-cock the marker when this happens? If not check your battery wires and make sure that they are placed in the groove next to the sear pin and the pin isn't rubbing against them. You may need to add a little dwell time as covered in your manual, this usually means the sear spring is a little heavy or possibly a binding issue.

With the grip off can you push the sear down easily? You should be able to.

Pop open your grip and make sure nothing is interfering with moving parts (sear, armature pin, etc.). Battery wires could very well be the problem and are probably the most likely.
