I know they are starting to get old but I thought I'd post mine before they got too worn out. Planning on painting it next. Think I'll go with Advanced Tiger Stripe. Also want to purchase an air-through stock and mod it so that the tombstone adapter can be used on the car stock.

Not bad, but you're right, X7's are all starting to look the same.

I still think there is potential for origionality in x7's.

What's with the double trigger guard?

X7's are old. They all pretty much look the same. I don't know about functionality (it can't be a bad gun at all), but regardless of whatever combination of mods you put on it, it will always look like one of four guns, and will never be very original.

Would I have one? Sure, if I could afford one.

Would it look better than yours?

No.

I thought the thread title was a deek and it was going to be crazy unique.  Yeah, you're right; it needs a little uniqueness to it.

X7s are old?  I think most people just haven't figured a way to make them look terribly original yet.  If I didn't have three other project going, I'd make one stand out.

The double trigger guard is because I bought one of the original x7 double triggers that didn't work with the e-grip. I haven't had time to call Tippmann to have them replace it yet, and besides, the spacious guard is comfortable.

Yeah, i love my X7. It's a great gun. Functions great and looks pretty bad ass, but the time of being one of the few guys with one is starting to fade. I want to keep the gun looking like an m4a1, but I want it to have flair. That's why the paint job is something I'm working on right now. At least then I can say it doesn't look like all the rest.

^^I haven't seen too many good bengals out there.  You could go with different colors.
