Ok. Couple of points for you.
1. Learn to speak English properly. I cannot understand but every other word you are saying. 2. The Bureau of Alcohol Tabacco and Firearms regulates the sale, use, and creation of firearm silencers. A suppressor for a paintball is considered to be a firearm suppressor by the ATF and is therefore regulated. In order to obtain, make, or use a silencer on a paintball marker you must obtain a class 3 weapons permit from the ATF, pay a $200 tax, then you will receive a stamp which enables you to have one firearm suppressor. Unless you have all this, you are committing a felony and you will get thrown in jail. Since it obvious you do not have all of the required items the forum moderators and the ATF have been contacted, this thread will soon be closed and you will be in jail. Good day sir. |

PR is a territory of the US. Therefore the same rules apply. There is actually a sizable number of a ATF agents there due to the drugs that goes through there on the way to the US. It is probably a five minute trip for the ATF to come pick you up. A routine one at that.

If you know that PR is a territory of the US, than why would you say that the law doesn't apply? If anything it is easier to enforce the law because in PR the feds don't have to deal with state law enforcement. They basically have unlimited jurisdiction.
I remember back in the early nineties there was a company that was shut down for making paintball silencers by the ATF. Also if I remember right the owners had to pay like close to a million dollars in fines on top of being thrown in jail for like 10 years. Fun stuff. |

Besides, what the heck do you need a silencer in paintball for anyways? There is no paint as the nature of paintball is that at such close ranges it doesn't matter if you have a silencer, you are still going to get into a firefight if you fire on someone.

if it is certain I that pr is single territory of the United States I say that many of those rules do not apply to Puerto Rico so that many things that nor you imagine an last the one of the silencer I tell that is false so that in any store of Paintball you can acquire a silencer right here in pr if you you cannot invent or go to machine shop so that they can make it for you measurement if you do not create question to any person who plays paintball in Puerto Rico, and watches that in fact is not the subject my question is do you like the pistol or rifle??????

thats the thing the special ops paintball dont know how its made that silencer you need to hear this gun shooting (remember if you are a sniper you need to be quiet)
