For $500 I'd rather have a PMR, HPA Tank, and a good loader

that exact setup is a decent deal, but theres a few things included that arent really needed. It all depends on what's available to you. I know a lot of resources in my area thet sell stuff used and i could get a package like this for cheaper. but if you were to buy it new u'd be over 500.

That being said, tallen is right. if you want a package that has high rates of fire, and are willing to sacrifice a mil-sim look for a lighter gun, there are many other options out there that are either cheaper or very close to this that you would be happy with.

I wouldn't buy it for $400. Its ebay, you can get some stuff just as good as
that for a much cheaper price.

Even if not that, you can easily do better for $500.

Its worth $500 because the parts added up would be around that area or more (dont feel like doing the math, it may be $1200 but Im not sure if the seller is right). But given the situation its worth a good $200-$250 ish.

How do you price used HPA/Nitro tanks ? And whats a good price to buy one used. I purchased my Nitro Duck 68/45 for around 200 USD. Does the price depreciate alot because of the hydro test date or not at all ? Thanks for any help, just wondering if I should purchase a used 45/45.

no need to buy anew tank, but in my area, most used tanks go as follows

48/30 $40-120
45/45 $70-160
68/45 $100-200

depends largely on quality/condition, manufacturer, and hydro date
