I've picked up a used pair fairly cheap.  One went on a hammer pump and the the other on a 98.  The minimal experience I've had with them so far has shown them to be quiet and accurate.  They do seem to have affected efficiency however, but I don't have enough play time with them yet to determine how significantly.

Edit added for clarity and because the phrasing of the above might tend to incite rude, yet humorous, comment:  By "pair," I meant two whisper barrels.

ANSgear.com has a 32 degrees 14 inch quiet riot barrel for $12.95 right now. I picked up a whisper brrel for $9.95 a few weeks back. It seem to be a good barrel(much better than stock)...especially for the price
