Well here is the pictures. Only got three pictures before the Batteries where to low on the camera to take any more.
The Alpha black fires just like a Model 98. The Trigger Motion is smooth and it cycles quite nicely. Even with a standard gravity feed hopper the marker is light and retains a good balance.
Here is a close up of the Plastic(same as the X-7 plastic) M-4 Shroud with Built in M-4 front Sight Post. I added to mine a FSP Picatinni rail from my Real Life Bushmaster since I didnt needed there and wanted at last a set of rails for lights or lazers.
Here is a full body shot of the Marker. I cant stress enough how solid and Light this Marker feels. Great for Back Up and enter to Milsim. I added a WGP stock reg from an Ol' Cocker wich I have set to 550psi for my Test firing of this marker. You can also spot next to it a All metal model 98 CAR tube that I had installed but due to me misplacing the extra long allen wrench for the RVA I had to take off to crono it well. But as soon as i replace that I'm taking off the Plastic Tube for thsi one just because of the RVA. the Plastic tube feels well. Several A-5 and 98 After Market car stocks have this plastic tube such as the AAP Hitman CAR Stocks. The stock does feel secure and I fired this in rapid fire (as fast as stock gets) and from arround one of my large trash bins and the stock shouldered well and held up well no wabble nor id it spin like a propelor a problem with past 98 stocks.

EE, since aesthetics are an issue with markers like this, how is the stock barrel for those who want to keep it so as not to spoil "the look."

What was your first free gun from Tippmann? lol. If I had any say in R&D I would have made the front of the magwell blend better myself. |

Actually i didnt like that part at all untill I fired the Gun. It really lets it rest in between your index and thumb. Makes it comfortable to use. or you can use the Magazine well as a foregrip if your into that kinda thing. |

the back side. There is where the banjo fitting would go in that dimple just above the rear side of the Tippmann "push safety"

Many of them do, but the very front ring on the front sight is not adjustable. A J&J ceramic, will fit into the shroud, but it too narrow to properly fit in that ring, there's some wiggle room there. |

Cyclone looks very doable. I am buying one in the comming weeks so i let you know.
As for the new Flatline I'd have to see one to check. I havent gotten my hands on one yet. |

Some one on the Tinkerer's Guild put a Model 98 Cyclone on an Alpha Black. Check it out here!
