Tippmann not recocking after shooting...

Tippmann 98 custom pro act E..
After shooting once or twice the gun seems to re-cock but it doesn't fire..
the gun will not fire, and even after pulling the cock back even further.. it won't fire
it just completely stops.. 
whenever the trigger is pulled, all that happens is the sound of the e-trigger... need help fast please

	The front bolt o-ring is missing.. could this be the problem??
