   Does anyone knnow if Ben Tippmann customer service is good? I just received my Bt-16 field marker today and the screw that holds the T lever cover in place fell out as soon as I took it out of the box. On closer inspection it looks like the hole the screw goes into is stripped. I checked out their website and it's still under construction, and when I called there support number I couldn't get through. Does anyone know if BT has the same quality of customer support as Tippmann?
