So far, neither of them are sounding great.
I get the impression that they are not even there to discuss their platforms. Palin is trying to appeal directly to the common person, though maybe poorly. I get the feeling from Biden that he is just trying to bash Palin. |

I'm watching it, although I have no idea what they are talking about really, nor do I plan on voting.

This is a train wreck for Palin.
Ugh. Her "Well down here in good 'ol mainstream 'Merica" talk makes her look unintelligent. Biden is boring, but is wiping the floor with Palin, catching her in everything. |

While I agree Palin is making herself look bad, though moreso by her stubborness to discuss each current topic on hand, I don't think Biden is doing that much better. This, in my opinion, has been a very sloppy debate thus far. I want my presidential candidates to make me feel dumb, not vice-versa. |

This debate is pretty vague so far, but while I want to like Palin, she is tanking this debate. Thirty minutes in and I'm not sure it's possible for her to salvage it.
