Can you fit a response trigger in it still?
If you are going to use the e-bolt, the best way to do it is to build your own since Tippmann discontinued them. If you watch carefully though, you might be able to grab one on ebay. Edited by FarSeer - 04 October 2008 at 12:43am |

In my opinion, I would get a response trigger. It requires hardly any work
compared to the e-bolt. Building an e-bolt from the ground up requires many different things if you want to max it out from the start. You need to machine a custom ram (2 wayed with QEVs for best results), a 4 way solenoid, an LPR, and a board with eyes. Don't be surprised if you spend a good sum of money getting this to work. I'm sure someone here will be able to give you better instructions than this. Edited by FarSeer - 05 October 2008 at 11:44pm |

I would try to snag one off of ebay.
On mine I used a cut up electronic grip frame from a spyder that I jb welded into place. You should definitely wait and get one from ebay. It will be worth the wait. |

Sorry Default, I missed your question on the other thread. Ebay is probably your best bet. They seem to pop up there a couple of times/month. You may have to buy a complete marker with the E-bolt installed, but it usually is not much more than just buying the E-bolt by itself, and you have a spare marker afterwards. There was also someone on www.model98.org that had some for sale as well. Another place to check is www.pbnation.com and www.mcarterbrown.com . Adapting an RT to the older 98 is possible, but will take a fair amount of milling/dremelling, and some JB weld. Someone adapted an RT for the Alpha Black and it would be pretty similiar for a 98. Use the Search feature and search " RT Alpha Black" and you should be able to find it. But what the heck, I am feeling generous today. LOL. http://www.tippmann.com/forum/wwf77a/forum_posts.asp?TID=175 382&PN=1 Good luck.
