I know the velocity needs to be set below 300 fps,but does any 1 know what they set the velocity at the factory or when u get it out of the box. Looked around website couldn't find nothing. thx all

The velocity is not preset at the factory. The only way to determine the velocity is to utilize a chronograph. I would suggest that you browse through the stickied topics in the various forum sections as this (an many other questions) are addressed within them.
