Ok so I found these two markers for sale on ebay and they look ok. Can I please get a littlwe advice seeing as how I know pretty much nothing about speedball markers. I'd appreatiate some pro's and cons plus a suggested max bid for both. Thanks This is the second which I'm leaning towards. And if I win the intimidator do I need this?

The first one is ridiculously beautiful... But so is the second. You shouldn't need the poppet unless theres something wrong with the guns.
I'd go for the first one just because its amazingly beautiful, but they're both really nice. |

I wouldn't go more than $300 for either unless you particularly love one of the anno jobs, and at that point I'd just go with what its worth to you. $200-300 is baseline for most 2k2/2k5 stock-ish timmies today. So figure out how important the upgrades and anno jobs are to you, and change your max bid accordingly. That being said, I really love the Naughty Dogs one, and would probably go up to $350 or more for it.
And you'd only need a poppet if the one in the marker was bent or broken. Its just the main part of the valve. |

Learn how an intimidator works. The poppet is an essential part of any poppet valve, in the animation its the small grey pin pushed forward by the spring then hit by the ram. When its hit by the ram it releases air. The other poster (too lazy to go back to find username) has prices right. The naughty dogs one is worth more simply because its a custom anno, and has a bunch of ups. |
