I was just wondering, part of the vortex mod's increase in performance is said to come from it's light weight. What if you were to drill holes in it, then rid it of the burs after. Just a thought, don't know what bad if any would result.

I don't think that's a good idea. if a part(s) are weakened too much it could catistrophicaly fail on u. definitly wouldn't want that to happen during a game... lol

Yea I know it could be a bad idea likely. I'm just saying just a few holes or so, not like swiss cheeze the entire thing, just a few. Just an thought.

it could also somehow unbalance it in a way that it sits ackwardly and doesnt work properly at all.
