draxxus, allstars, ramp...... what you should be looking for is a small bore size and something not that brittle. Also as perfectly round and flawless as possible since the flatline will be putting a spin on the ball and any imperfections will be noticed on accuracy. hope that helps

May I have permission to ask this quest? I'm not a newbee to the sport, just have'nt played for a long while...( Tippman Pro-Carbine ) It may sound stupid to most but... just getting back into it ... the paintball 's I've seen recently seem smaller..or is my equip out dated....( Been a few yrs.) Update me please......I'd appreciate it... Thanks... |

Stich: My flatline on my A-5 seemes to like the RPS Prem. and its moody with Evil. I have tried a brand by the name of...Flash I believe it was. I didn't like it. A friend of mine had been using a wal-mart brand name unknown but it has a pic of the Hulk on it and he seemed to like it.
Hawaiien: Some brands are slightly smaller/ bigger but still .68 cal. Unless you have been looking at the .40 cal paintballs. If you are looking for a new marker, I would mention the A-5 "personal choice" ask around if you are looking for info on that.

Has anyone ever analysed the paint size vs speed and trajectory to see what size paint best suits the F/L barrel? The park I play at changed balls and I cant get my speed past 250. Suggest the paint diameter is a major variable..

it's basic physics....
maybe the balls are bad or not good quality... there's a forum in the newbies for what type of ball for the f/l barrel...it was saying that it should be smaller then the barrel because of the slight curve in the f/l barrel... and that it would help with the backward rotation... |
