Myth Regulator Spring

   Hey guys just a quick question here. How hard is it to change out my Myth regulator spring and replace it? I found out that the 650 PSI is not going to cut it for my 98 custom and they make a spring that ups the output PSI to 825 or so. I think its easy but want some real world experience and tips. My tank obviously should be empty before proceeding so what is the sure way of making sure it is? Thanks for the help ahead of time.
