Gun doesn't seem to be loading a ball everytime sometimes not at all...  Have a older a-5 and noticed the newer ones have a o-ring in right case halve.  Wondering if anyone new why they added it and if there was a issue for the change??

The ratchet in your cyclone is probably bad.
I've never seen anyone own the woods because of what marker they use.

Even with a fairly new tech t ratchet??   Manually seems to work good,  decent pressure forward with my finger in it, and it doesn't spin backwards.   But i do have a couple stock ratchets guess it couldn't hurt.

Hmmm... Sorry I missed the fact that you had the upgraded ratchet. This is strange.

The newer A5's have a different powertube that feeds two outlets on the right side for a cyclone and RT.  It eliminates having to use a T valve. If the cyclone is feeding manually, but not everytime the marker is fired, it sounds as if it isn't getting enough air. To be honest, with as many changes as you have made to the interenals, it could be anything. I would suggest taking it back down to totally stock internals and see if it still isn't feeding. Add an upgrade at a time until is stops working again and you should have your culprit.

thanks that the route i was gonna end up goin!!  didn't wanna waste that much air because it is intermittent it usually work great till i'm down to around 2500 psi. I'm think maybe the little o- ring on the manual ball feeder.  never heard or seen anyone with problems there but it's the only o-ring with signs of wear and it is a old a-5

There is also a little o-ring between the marker body and the air fitting that comes out of the valve that should be checked.

I think he means it sits in a groove inside the right receiver. It circles the two ports OPBN mentioned, but on the inside of the clam shell.

I took all aftermarkets out and put them back in one by one and guess one not doing it now...  Possibly screws too tight on cyclone housing.  Don't know usually pretty good about not overtorqueing them..
