there are lots of choices and im looking for one that improves power and accuracy for under 30 dollars

I can save you the $30.00. Stick with the stock one. Most here agree that aftermarket bolts do little if anything to improve performance. In some cases, they actually decrease performance. Tippmann internals don't need to be upgraded.

again i second, third and fourth that! i've already stated that i have several markers that get a high rate of usage and the stock internals have not failed me yet. keep your gear (marker) clean and oiled use decent paint and you should be just fine.

what about polished or polishing your internals? or it not good for an a-5....

Polishing your internals is tricky business, that and I am torn on the benefits.
 
I'd leave it for a while.

^^ ditto. I polished the insides of one of my A-5s and didn't notice any difference.

since you guys have a5s... whats a good upgrade right off the bat? i'm going to play with it this weekend... lol
