i was thinking about getting another marker other than a tippmann. so would the invert mini be worth $330 or the spyder rt for $100? the invert mini looks easy to maintain and operate but the spyder rt is a lot cheaper.

is it worth the money over the rt? the rt has a rocking trigger already installed on it.

I was given a Mini when they came out. I wasn't fussy on it, but a lot of players like them. If your a small guy it's a bonus, the Mini is very small.

I'm not familiar with the Spyder RT, but the Google pics look ok. Just a note, if you ever decide to play in a speedball tournament, the rocking trigger usually isn't allowed.

I would go with the $100 RT.  If you buy the Mini, it will be worth $275 the next day. The RT will probably always be worth 100. The RT will run on CO2.

Let us know which way you go.

The Mini is absolutely worth the money. There should be no question here. The Mini is a mid-level tournament ready marker. The Spyder is an entry-level marker made for rec ball. The Mini has a ton of aftermarket parts. Spyder guns need Spyder exclusive parts. The Mini has been greatly improved since they first came out. Empire worked all the bugs out of them and they shoot amazing.
The trigger on the Mini is better than the Kingman rocking trigger and the Mini has different firing modes such as 3-shot, ramping, etc.

You get what you pay for. Plain and simple.

There is no three shot on the Mini. There is three modes only.
Semi, PSP Ramping, Millenium Ramping.

The RT has: Semi, 3 shot burst, 6 shot burst, full auto.

For the price difference I would go for the RT and spyder is really easy to clean and maintain.
