Sorry but I haven't played paintball in like 3 years now and trying to get back into the sport. I just purchased a A-5 setup with an e-grip. I also saw boards available to purchase. So my question, although probably a dumb one, is to install a board will it replace the e-grip or what? Which one is better? Sorry it's been awhile.

Not exactly understanding your question. The E-grip has a board in it already, thus the E in E grip. They make aftermarket boards, but IMO a lot of money for little payoff.
