lapco bigshot apex ready, .690 or .687 barrel?

I have a Tippmann A-5 and I bought my apex tip today, want to order a bigshot apex ready 12 inch barrel from Lapco but there are 2 bore sizes(0.69 and 0.687.  I have been paintballing for awhile now, but still majorly new, I always used rental equipment and whatever paint they pushed at me until recently.  I baught 2 boxxes of cyptic paint because they were having a sale but im not sure thats the brand of paint I will mostly be using.  Any recommendations on which of these barrels I should pick up?
