just bought a tippamn 98 custom platinum series.  ive been looking through the forums and been seeing a bunch of cool looking paintjobs.  my question is what type of paint do you use for it and in the case of the 98 custom how did you cover what im calling the bolt so paint doesnt get in there?

I used Hunter's Specialty Camo Kit for $20 at the sporting goods store. It's permanent, and I think it's enamel. They also sell temporary camo kits, and tapes as well.

My marker's an Alpha Black, so I can't give info on what to cover, but I took all the insides out, put the two halves together again, and rolled up some paper and put it into the ends of the marker openings, that sealed it really well.

1. Wrong section, should be upgrades and customizing.

2. Most people use high quality spraypaints like Krylon or Duracoat. Search the forums(using the search button) for Paintjob FAQs.

just take the gun apart, take out all the internals, paint the shells, put it back together.
