My fellow West-by-God-Virginians ran off the Westboro Baptist Church protesters. The counter protest outnumbered their paltry numbers so effectively that the WBC guys packed it in after about 15 or 20 minutes and left.

I thought it was hilarious when people set up booths across from WBC for things like legalizing marijuana or supporting gay marriage. So many people see the WBC and just rage at their stupidity, that they were getting record donations and support just to spite the WBC. Good strategy.
