X7 Phenom E-grip memory problem

   Hi
I have problem with my brand new Phenom, the problem is in the E-grip. If i change "fire mode" the gun will change back to factory settings after some minutes or instantly. So if i change to "responsive fire" before a game the gun may change it back to "full auto" in the middle of a game! 

I have tiered with 4 new different batteries (9 V), and the E-grip wont work properly. 

Can anyone help me? What can be the problem?
