This $99 MSRP Gryphon players pack is a great way for Parents to get their kids equipped to play paintball. If your looking into getting your kid into paintball without making a huge investment the Gryphon is the sure bet.

While it might be branded under Gryphon is as much a Tippmann at heart as the 98 or the Alpha Black.
As you see it even comes in Tippmann Black. I for one cant wait for the hundreds of new players that will walk on the Field next Spring. With their new Masks and Markers. These are not meant for us who already have own 98's to Phenoms but for those new players who always wanted to get into paintball. These are the same guys who next Fall will be laying down cover fire as the old Marine moves up to take a Trench line or a Saloon objective in a scenario Or the same kid that will his $99 Gryphon will probably shot me out when I let myself get suckered into a position to forward of my assault element leaving me in no man's land. Its nice to see Tippmann reaching out to players who might be interested in starting up but not necessarily into the Milsim or scenario world. Something like this- everyone wins.
