Uhh, what happened to our old Minecraft thread?

And to start this one with info, Whale and mehs, you guys really need to illuminate the top of your mountain or modify the walkway to your homes that you connected to the skywalk. Your current designs are allowing mobs to get on the skywalk very near my home. Ouch

I am a noob. I downloaded minecraft alpha but cant open it for some reason. What did I do wrong? Download the wrong thing?

Did you create an account at minecraft.net? Did you purchase the game? Do you have a current version of java loaded on your PC? Does your graphics card/driver support OpenGL?

And I just noticed Glassjaw's printing thread is gone too. Did one of our mods delete threads instead of deleting the individual posts from that spambot inside the threads?

I've been playing the free version. My gaming habits are "Play like hell for a while, then forget it forever" so I don't want to spend real money on the full version.

I can be found in CraftMania when I am on.
