Forty Minutes of painting...

Cutting off some drunk chick's head with a demon sword I acquired...

Post up your halloween costumes or ideas bros. I might do this paint again (better hopefully) but I'm looking for something else.

I was supposed to be a Zombie urban response team member with my son and my nephews. That isn't happening because I will be in Chicago for Halloween. Who is the woman?
Innocence proves nothing

I'll be at Gettysburg for the Halloween weekend, so no dressing up for me. Funny enough, I haven't been to a Halloween party in over 10 years now because I was always working.

Watching the Ken Burns documentary, touring the battlefield, and discussing my new company's managerial duties. Hooray for "New Management Training"

Apparently, I'm the only guy to pass the "understanding financial statements" test module on the first try in something like 2 years.

They had us read and study "Killer Angels" because they do a thing about how mis-communication, the inability to follow orders, and hesitation to take action lost the battle for the Confederates. Mind you, I'm pretty sure that Buford's cavalry carrying repeating rifles, shorter supply lines, and an enormous advantage in both numbers and quality of artillery pieces kinda helped the Union quite a bit as well....

Awesome. Have fun down there....If anything the hesitation and orders thing would be more of a study of Longstreet and the 2nd day....but I'll not derail this thread further with that. Tongue
Although, if you so any serious eating down there, don't get tricked into the Dobbin House. The food is only alright, but not really worth the price they ask. There's a smaller place called the Gingerbread man that's really good, and a pub called "O'Rourke's" that's excellent- you can't even get in there when the reenactors are in town.
