As a Google product user, tester, and revenue share participant, I can safely say that I have no web history on the dashboard other than my revenue account, youtube account, and google plus account. my gmail and web browsing data are defaulted to "no history."

Seriously, Google is all warm and cuddly now, being a great employer and generally giving a China-sized amount of data storage away for free, but Google knows....well... everything.
